this marks our second release of themed apparel.

WELL DONE SHOP is a space built around scented sachets and atmosphere.
The people who work in the store are not just staff —
they are part of the brand itself.
This denim jacket was designed by founder John as a daily work jacket
for the WELL DONE team.

The idea behind it is simple —
it is not designed to look good first,
but to exist properly within real working environments.

Made from mid-weight Japanese denim,
the fabric is structured yet flexible, suitable for long hours of wear.
The silhouette avoids exaggerated oversized proportions,
focusing instead on a clean, fitted cut that feels neat, reliable, and composed.

Practicality remains central to the design:
a three-pocket construction for everyday use;
custom buttons engraved with the WELL DONE name;
and an embroidered chest logo, subtle yet recognisable,
reflecting the brand’s long-term commitment to detail and culture.
